Background: Cancer is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality .Breast cancer most commonform among women. Many breast surgeries leads to dissection muscles soft tissuestructures. After treatment many complications are seen in survivors. Inthat myofascial dysfunctions common. These one common sources pain anddiscomfort. Not only but this dysfunction also decreased range motion, strength,and altered posture. Because dysfunctions, an upper body function decreases affects activity ofdaily living. Graded theraband exercises effective improving muscle strength shoulder ofmotion And helps enhance functional capacity. Early rehabilitation can beimplanted reduce pain, improve flexibility which will be helpful minimize restrictions indaily living activities quality life. This effectiveness study help enlighten status ofmyofascial The objectives were as follows: To find outthe effect graded exercise on survivors.Methods: A total 40 females who underwent along with chemotherapy or radiotherapyor hormone therapy, included based inclusion criteria. All received thera- bandexercises medications for five days per week pre post assessment was done manualmuscle testing (MMT), motion (ROM), Shoulder Pain Disability Index (SPADI)questionnaire.Result: result concluded that strengthening thera-band showed better cancersurvivors.
